  • Before registering, please decide the category (Pro/Amateur/Beginner) which you want to select as a participant. After your selection, this will be locked for one month and the point will be calculated based on that. On 14th & 15th Mar we will allow you to modify the category once again for month-2.
  • Running/Walking each KM you will earn Points based on the grid given above. (Someone with less than 4 min pace needs to call us for verification, Running/Walking is capped at 4 min pace on the upper end & 14 min at the lower end.
  • Cycling each KM you will earn 0.3 Points. (cycling is capped at 40 KM/Hr, someone having an average speed of more than 40 KM/Hr needs to call Sagar/Arup for verification).
  • 10 am to 6 pm is working time on a weekday. Activity starting or ending during this time will be rejected.
  • One-off day in a week. You can decide the day.
  • One activity per day only.
  • The point-scoring time is 1 Hr/Day. You can continue to keep doing the activities for more than 1 Hr but we will use the 1 Hr cutoff for the points calculations.
  • People who can do a <=7 ½ min pace half Marathon (21.1 KM) will win an additional 40 bonus points. People who can do a <8 ½ min pace Full Marathon (42.2 KM) can win 100 bonus points. But only once in two weeks, this is allowed and only during the weekends. Heart rate monitoring is a must for this. For this activity, you will get the normal points for 1Hr and then the Bonus as you complete the Half/Full Marathon within the pace limit.
  • Similarly, anyone doing a Gran Fondo (100 KM) with >21 KMpH average speed will win 75 bonus points. But only once in two weeks, this is allowed during the weekends. Heart rate monitoring is a must for this. you will get the normal points for 1 Hr and then the Bonus as you complete the Gran Fondo within the speed limit.
  • If someone does 250 KMs in Running or 200 KMs in Walking or 300 KMs Cycle in a month will be eligible for 75 Bonus points.
  • A participant will be eligible for point calculation if he/she is completing 130 KMs of Running or 100 KMs of walking and, 200 KMs cycling for a month.
  • One point (Max four points during the contest) will be awarded to people writing testimonials. Go to https://fitbrit.in/welcome/profile and you have the place to write testimonials. Please write about the program and how it has helped you. So you can upload four testimonials at least for the points.
  • One point (Max four points during the contest) will be awarded to people uploading activity photos. Go to https://fitbrit.in/welcome/profile and you have the place to upload photos. Please upload activity photos. So you can upload eight activity photos at least for the points.
