Very polished, records all the information you'd want, and presents it in a nice form whenever you want to go back and review your performance. It also has a big community so it's easy to see how your runs/bike rides/etc stack up against a biased sample of the population.
Strava is really good as a social platform for runners and cyclists. It keeps your workouts saved in one place, available for your other athlete friends to see. It gives you a degree of analysis of your activities, helping you gain some insight on the amount of work and amount of progress you are doing. It gives you goals to look forward to: segments / PRs. It has good integration with other apps / platforms. Summary: a good product.

Today I walked after a so long time.. Daily used to walk for 20-30mts.. But very much happy in participating Fit Brit and increased my time gradually to 1hr.
Today I completed my first marathon and it gives more confidence for continuous walking on daily basis.

As a result of yesterday's Mahashivratri experience, I feel the need to express my gratitude in writing. When I was out for a run I felt very frustrated and lost my patience but words that come to mind namely "Om Namah Shivay" describe it as cleansing, spiritual, awesome, healing, encouraging, insightful and many many more! Running on "The next level of Being" with Om Namah Shivay Mantra in mind gives me energy, and I find it amazing and wonderful. In addition, I have a lot more clarity now concerning the spiritual powder used by Lord Shiva during meditation. Thank You God .
The first few days from where I started running it was very challenging for me, but after a while I felt very energetic and enthusiastic throughout the day. I couldn’t get enough of runningberlier. It’s been one month now of consistent running, and almost every run I go on, I have a clear mind and extreme energy. I feel empowered and strong, and I know that’s my runner’s high and keeping my consistency regulatory. Running makes me feel more accomplished than any other workout, since it is only you and your mind once you begin. Strava has made us run by doing this. Thank you for the same.
Today's run was the first time I had the opportunity to meet two new people. I have been seeing these two people for the past 15 days through this Strava activity, but no greetings or hellos, just one eye to eye and a small smile. However, after completing my morning activity, both of them came up and asked me my name and other information, and then I learned that they were Britannia factory employees. If you look at the last 15 days we didn't know each other, but now we are good friends outside Britannia because we meet and talk during my running activity. Thank you Strava for adding another friend to my list because every activity and step in the morning gives something and you never know so keep moving, keep going, and keep taking one step forward to make great goodies. Thank you Strava.
Here's a sample personal fitness-related experience story: It all started when I turned 25 and realized I was out of breath just walking up a flight of stairs. That's when I knew I needed to make a change. I began with small, achievable goals: taking a 20-minute walk each day, doing a few push-ups each morning, and gradually increasing my daily step count, playing a cricket, food ball, TT and indoor games also. But running(avery day) and cricket (Sat and Sunday) do regulary to keep my mind and body active in both ways. Fast forward six months, and I was hooked. I started running, initially just a kilometer or two, but soon I was sprinting through 5Ks and even completing 10K runs and 22 km Half marathon. The transformation wasn't just physical; it was mental and emotional too. I felt more confident, energetic, and focused. My sleep improved, and I even noticed improvements in my work performance. Of course, there were setbacks and challenges along the way. Some days I felt like giving up, but I reminded myself why I started: to feel alive, to challenge myself, and to become the best version of myself. Today, fitness is an integral part of my lifestyle. I've learned to listen to my body, to rest when needed, and to push myself when I can. I've also discovered the importance of nutrition, recovery, and community support. If I can offer one piece of advice to anyone starting their fitness journey, it's this: start small, be consistent, and celebrate your progress.
